OPTION 1 – Private Sessions
3 PRIVATE LESSONS
THE GOLD STANDARD OF PILATES INTRODUCTIONS!
In these 3 sessions, you will work one-on-one with one of our highly trained teachers. You will begin your first session with a health intake and postural assessment. Each lesson will be personalized to give you a strong foundation, help you gain new skills, and work towards your goals. At the end of the intro lessons, you and your instructor will make a plan for you to continue your practice to reach your goals.
The lessons are designed across all the apparatus and mat work in the Classical system.
OPTION 2 – SEMI-PRIVATE SMALL GROUP
4 SEMI-PRIVATE SMALL GROUPS
Sculpt a strong body that’s stable to the core!
3-4 participants in each group where you will always use the spring-driven equipment.
We require you to have some Pilates experience before joining our semi-private small groups. If you are new to Pilates, pregnant, or injured, we recommend taking the introductory private lessons first to plan your Pilates practice!
